Step 3

Now plug the DC connector back into the DC jack from the KVM. This will restore the KVM with factory

default rmware.

Step 4

Perform the rmware upgrade again.

Step 5

When the rmware upgrade is completed, unplug the DC connector from the KVM. Then remove the

jumper from J11 (for GCS1792) / J17 (for GCS1794) and put the housing back together.

Final Step

Plug DC connector back into the KVM, then the KVM will be ready for usage again.
